We created the Minto MasterCare^SM Program to serve, educate and fully involve our homeowners in the joyful process of building, owning and maintaining their homes. We’ve found that the more we communicate with each other and the more that you learn about your home, the happier you’ll be.

When you understand the steps along the way, buying a new home really isn’t as complicated as it may appear to be and certainly doesn’t have to be stressful. That’s the goal of Minto MasterCare^SM: to explain the home-buying experience, to keep you updated on the progress of your home and to be responsive to your needs and questions.

Our focus isn’t just on the construction of your home. It’s on you, too. We want to earn your trust, build our relationship, and ensure that the experience is completely stress-free, so you will enjoy your new Minto home to the fullest for many years to come.

It is important that you meet one-on-one with key Minto representatives as your home is being built and we encourage you to attend our complimentary classes regarding homeownership.

Here are the major steps in the Minto MasterCare^SM Program:

Homeowner Handbook
At the time of contract, we’ll provide you with our invaluable, all-encompassing guide to purchasing and maintaining your new home. It will make the whole process easier for you.

Meet Your Builder
Shortly after selecting your options and upgrades, you’ll meet one-on-one with your Construction Manager who will explain the process of building your home and describe the quality that gets built-in along every step of the way.

Construction Walk-Thru
You’ll get an opportunity to have a first-hand view of the quality in the structure and mechanical components of your home prior to installation of drywall.

Pre-Closing Class
This informative gathering will guide you through the final 30 days prior to closing including mortgage, title insurance, pre-move orientation as well as the closing itself.

New Home Orientation
Approximately one week before closing, you’ll get a thorough education of how everything works in your new home.

Pre-Closing Check-Up
The day before or morning of your closing, we’ll meet with you to confirm everything in your new home is functioning correctly.

Post-Move Fresh-Up
We look after your home after closing, too. We’ll provide a complimentary paint and drywall touch-up during the first 30 days after closing.

Minto MasterCare^SM Department
Our top-notch staff of service professionals provide you with warranty and round-the-clock emergency service for one year after the date of closing.

Homeowner Maintenance Class
Learn how to maintain your new Minto home in tip-top shape for many years to come.

Year-End Maintenance Orientation
At the end of one year, before your warranty expires, we'll take another walk through your home, giving you maintenance tips and caulking any major area of settlement.
