Service Request
After Closing, your relationship with Minto doesn’t end. In fact, it just enters a new phase, primarily with our Minto MasterCareSM Department. Staffed by full-time professionals, this department will provide attentive warranty service, helpful maintenance advice and around-the-clock emergency service for one year after the date you close on your home. Please complete our On-Line Request form to describe the issue(s) you need addressed, and your request will be forwarded to our Minto MasterCareSM Department for a fast and efficient response.
Post-Move Fresh-Up
The weeks after Closing are usually spent moving into your new home. Walls may become scratched or marred, so we offer a complimentary paint and drywall touch-up during the first 30 days after Closing. To schedule an appointment, please submit your request using our On-Line Request form.
Year-End Maintenance Orientation
General maintenance by the homeowner is essential to providing a quality home for a lifetime. Toward the end of your first year of ownership, we will walk you through your home, pointing out areas that require proper maintenance. At that time, we will also caulk any major areas of settlement. To schedule an appointment, please submit your request using our On-Line Request form just prior to the end of your first year of ownership.
Community Association
Minto wants you to be as happy with your community as you are with your home. Our Property Management Division is dedicated to ensuring questions and concerns about your neighborhood are addressed properly and efficiently. If your community or village has not yet been turned over to the homeowners, please complete our On-Line Request form describing your question or concern. Your request will be forwarded to a Property Management representative. If your community has already been turned over, please contact the property management representative designated by your Board of Directors directly.
